Peterborough Stadium demo - Sat March 5th

There will be a demo outside Peterborough Stadium on Saturday, March 5th, 6pm - 7.30pm, to coincide with a greyhound race meeting taking place there.

Address of the stadium is First Drove, Fengate, Peterborough, PE1 5BJ.

Directions: A1M (Jct 17) and A47, turn off the ring road (A1139) at exit 5 (brown information signposts to Greyhound Stadium from thereon). Rail: Peterborough Station, 2 miles from the track.

In addition to the appalling injuries to racing dogs that occur all too frequently at stadiums like Peterborough, it must also be remembered that these tracks are each responsible, on average, for the deaths of over 400 greyhounds per year, because of the demand they create for these dogs to be bred and subsequently disposed of.
